Job Context:

COL is looking for talented and mentally and physically fit fresh graduate engineers for Field Support Operations (Technical) on yearly contract (Applicants with previous job experience are not eligible for this position).

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities including but not limited to the followings:
• Providing technical support on-site and over-phone to customers regarding Operating Systems (Windows), Network and Internet links, Service Usage and related issues.
• Maintain documentation of Network links, New Users, task details, equipment/ accessory details etc.

Employment Status: Contractual, Full-time

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) in Networking, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Networking/Telecommuniction, Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering in Computers.
• Course (Bachelors or Diploma) must be fully complete (including Project/Thesis/Internship).
• Course on Networking e.g. CCNA, MTCNA etc. will be of added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 20 to 24 years
• Only males are allowed to apply.
• Candidate must have a residence in Chittagong city.
• Candidate must be physically and mentally fit for working for continuous hours outdoors and often under pressure.
• Candidate must be fluent in Bengali with excellent reading, writing and speaking (clear pronunciation) skills.
• Good English reading and writing skills. English speaking skills will be considered plus points.
• Good knowledge on Computer Operation, Internet, Operating Systems (Windows) & Application Software (Email clients, Browsers, MS Office etc.) installation, operation, maintenance, removal etc.
• Good typing speed in English on computer keyboard. Moderate typing speed in Bengali on computer keyboard will be considered plus point.
• Good Analytical Skill will be considered a major plus point.
• 'Attention to Detail' will be considered a major plus point.
• Ability to work individually as well as a team member with good communication skills, leadership skills, quick-learning abilities, interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
• This is an entry level job. Candidate with previous job experience may not be called for interview.
• Candidates not meeting the specified age limit will NOT be called for interview.

Job Location: Chattogram

Workplace: Work from home, Work at office

Salary: 12,500Tk. (Monthly)
