COL engineers can remotely perform 99% of the server management functions that an engineer can provide onsite, except for those few activities that require a human being to physically touch the server. In those cases, we utilize our client's staff or deploy our own staff to assist the client.
COL Supported Server Types are:

Configure, manage, and monitor system level services. Configure and manage operating system level security. Create and maintain file systems and directory structures. Create, modify, and remove user accounts on servers. Management of remote server access as required. Provide administration support as needed for application software installations and upgrades.
Patch & Firmware Upgrades
Apply patches and new versions as necessary for the operating system, and Perform proactive hardware and firmware upgrades as required.
Daily Backups
Manage system level backup & recovery procedures. Manage daily incremental and weekly full backups to client specifications.
24/7 Operational Support
Also 24/7 monitoring of all server platforms and operating systems for errors and alerts.
Automated Alert System
E-mail& sms notification of alerts to pre-determined escalation contacts by monitoring system.
Client Portal
Client access to a secure web accessible portal that provides reporting and monitoring information for the hosted systems.
